SHIPPING & RETURNS

Requests made outside our standard business hours will be addressed in a timely manner.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

US Shipping and Delivery Time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service. Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days, but may take up to a 10 days to arrive depending on how large the order is as well as the destination. However, due to extenuating circumstances (weather, holidays, logistics, etc.), some shipments may take longer than others.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Consumer Terms of Service

International Shipping and Delivery Time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped by DHL Express. Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1–2 weeks, but could take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. However, due to extenuating circumstances (weather, holidays, logistics, etc.), some shipments may take longer than others. Once a package leaves the US border to the destination country, it is out of our hands. If delayed delivery is being experienced, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue any refunds for packages not delivered internationally if a carrier shipping delay occurs outside of the USA.
Our shipping charges are a flat rate, based on the weight and size of our products, excluding applicable sales tax. We offer standard shipping only. Free shipping comes with All (US) orders only over $50.00
Discount/Coupon codes are currently not accepted with International Shipping methods.

Customs FAQ’s

Duties, Taxes, and Collection Fees: You are responsible for payment of any import tax, sales tax, value-added tax, and customs duty that may be levied by any government authority, and any disbursement fees, advancement fees, or similar fees that may be imposed by the shipper, broker, the customs authority of the destination country, or other party, including any additional penalties or fees imposed by applicable tax or customs authorities (collectively, “Duties, Taxes, and Fees”). The estimated Duties, Taxes, and Fees (“Estimate”) may be more or less than the final actual amount of Duties, Taxes, and Fees due and payable.
For shipments specifically destined to EU-member countries, services will be provided to you only after you have (a) paid for the Duties, Taxes, and Fees at the time of checkout/purchase and (b) explicitly agreed to become Importer of Record, which you hereby explicitly agree to. Applicable customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf as ultimate Importer of Record. As the Importer of Record, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the purchased products into the destination EU-member state.

RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days from the time your order is received for all unused/unopened item(s)/product(s). If 30 days have expired since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t return the item(s)/product(s) to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact Customer Service before returning your order.
For all opened or used items, the Return Policy last only 15 days from the time your order is received. Please contact Customer Service before returning your order.

To return your product, contact Customer Service who will provide you with the designated address to where you will return your item(s)
• The items must be returned for a refund within specified days of original purchase
• Packaging must include all original items
• Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
• Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow (90) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR LOST

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately to our Customer Service Department. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PACKAGING until you have contacted Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

3RD PARTY RETAILERS

This return policy only applies to products or items purchased through Ascendantsupps.com. All products purchased through 3rd Party Retailers, other than directly through Ascendantsupps.com, are subject to the return policies of the retailer where the items were purchased.
